Ideal location right in the center, close to all the fun attractions, shops, and even a grocery store 🌟.

Very good staff and location, as advertised. I stayed in the room that was remodeled and available with soft bed and a "spa bath``, for example. There were cereal, toast and hot waffles in the morning. The hotel was in a great area, adjacent to Pigeon Forge, shops and stores and attractions.

The location of Mountain Vista Inn & Suites - Parkway in Pigeon Forge is perfect for exploring the area. It's close to the town center, various attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and within walking distance to the Island.

I liked the location and the price of the room. My husband and I took my mother-in-law and two children and stayed for two nights in a three bedroom suite. We were all very comfortable during our stay, rooms were clean, friendly staff, nice pool, kids also enjoyed the waffles for breakfast.

Nothing, there were roaches in the room and the room not clean!

Everything, the service was very poor. There was no offer given to try to fix the problem.

Loved dainties at Chocolate Monkey, it was very close to the hotel. There also was good parking and heated pool.

My room had amazing mountain views and was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, which was really convenient.
